1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Recurvant, including our website and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Recurvant provides an agentic customer-service-to-product solution. The Service responds to your customers, analyzes conversations, identifies recurring frictions, and converts insights into product improvements. Recurvant is currently in development, and access is available by invitation only. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. When you request access, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation: interfering with or disrupting the Service; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; using the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party; and reverse engineering the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including customer conversations you choose to connect. You grant Recurvant a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and any required consents to submit such content.

6. Intellectual property

Recurvant retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all related software, designs, and trademarks. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any Recurvant intellectual property to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Recurvant does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recurvant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, the provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive shall survive.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
